Past Officers

Ex-officios include the late Mr. Spencer Beresford who served as a Board Member, Secretary of the Corporation, and legal counsel for TII. He was a graduate of Harvard Law School who served in several advisory capacities to President's Kennedy and Nixon. Mr. Beresford was a retired U.S. Navy Commander, former General counsel for NASA, and a former U.S. Representative to the United Nations General Assembly.

Mr. Henry G. Edler served as a Board Member and President until 1981 when he left to a management supervisory position at DOE. He was Advisor to Vice President Hubert Humphry and President Johnson on Space. He is instrumental in the establishment of the International Space Institute. He received a M.S. in Civil Engineering, Northwestern University.

Mr. Ibrohim Clark was one of the founders of the Corporation and served as President. Prior to that he was on assignment on the advisory staff of the U.S. House of Representatives.

Other distinguished Scientists, Engineers, Management experts, and retired U.S. Military Staff have served on the TII Board of Directors and/or as officers of the Company, including a former Undersecretary of the Department of Defense, a retired U.S. Marine Colonel, and a retired U.S. Navy Captain.
