Mr. Jarka is currently in charge of the TII operations
in the Midwest. He directed various research projects and has been actively
involved in computer application in banking, business, and industry. Prior
to joining TII, Mr. Jarka served as System Analyst with SAIC, a Scientific
Assistant in the Reactor Physics Division and the Computer Center at ANL.
His contribution appeared in publication of several reports for the DOT, DNA,
and EPRI. Mr. Jarka earned a B.Ph. in Mathematics and Chemistry from Northwestern
University.}
